Anomaly & The Body proposes that the human nervous system, fascia, and bioelectric field are not separate from paranormal experience — they are the essential mechanism of it. Drawing from 15 years of professional movement, documented psi phenomena, peer-reviewed research, and firsthand experience, Nicole Johnstone presents an embodied framework for understanding how nervous system regulation, movement, and somatic awareness create the conditions for anomalous experience. This presentation explores the intersection of connective tissue research, parapsychology, magic and movement — arguing that what we call psychic sensitivity may be biologically inseparable from chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. That the body is not a passive witness to phenomena like PK, psychic mediumship & interdimensional communication, It is the primary instrument. We are the wand. Grounded in the work of Dean Radin, Olaf Blanke, Thomas Myers, and Peter Levine, and combining elements of Laban movement technique with Hermetic Qabalah, this presentation is not only a research proposal, but an ongoing firsthand account.
